Galvanizing Shift Incharge (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for day to day shift wise Galvanizing plant operations.
- Responsible for shift wise production targets and priorities.
- Responsible for Production planning & coordination with respective departments.
- Chemical Process maintenance, control, cleaning & documentation.
- Daily testing of all process chemicals and report generation.
- Inspection of black materials qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
- Checking & confirm with the checklist prior processing for Galvanizing.
- Making suggestion for changes & improvements in process.
- Training to workers to maintain quality of products and safety precautions.
- Reviewing final product before sending for next process.
- Manpower handling & safety precautions.
- Organizing galvanized product movement to further process.
- Maintaining galvanizing consumable / chemicals, tools and tackles.
- Updating records and log book.
