Garage/Barrier Supervisor:

- Provide daily work assignments and supervise Gates and Barriers Technicians.

- Perform gate and barrier services as required.

- Inspect, clean, lubricate and performing preventive maintenance (PM).

- Verification that all gates and barriers are operational and performing maintenance and repairs.

- Trouble-shoot problems, utilizing test equipment and meters, assisting with installation of new electrical and electro-mechanical devices.

- Maintain the appropriate technical library and record-keeping which documents all procedures necessary to accomplish assigned responsibilities

- Maintain effective, timely and respectful communication and interaction with other employees, managers, and supports other organizations.

- Collect, analyze and summarize data for report preparation and submit written reports.

- Take initiative to analyze a situation and to make frequent technical decisions based on specifications, safety and electrical codes.

- Evaluate operational effectiveness and develop/maintain effective operational control mechanisms.

- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIRED:

- With driving license is a must

- Open for any nationality

- Preferably in U.A.E

- Minimum one year experience in the same field

BREAKDOWN OF SALARY & BENEFITS:

Basic Salary: AED3,500

COL Allowance: AED1,000

Transportation: AED500

Accommodation: By himself

Medical: Provided by the company

Leave Cycle: Annually with free round trip ticket.
