Qualification B.Tech Civil with Knowledge of MEP

Industry Background Preferably from Civil Industrial constructions.

Reports to DGM - Facilities Management Group

Role

- Purpose The role holder is responsible for leading and planning the billing operations by prioritizing and direct the department.

- Responsible for estimations at different stages of the project to enable costing, cost control and sub contracting

- Key Deliverable Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes

- Assist with the implementation of a new billing system

- Carrying out feasibility studies

- Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

- Performing risk analysis evaluations

- Preparing and submitting final accounts

- Providing advice and forecasts about costs

- Making valuations.

- Arranging payments to suppliers and contractors

- Month-end closing of the billing group information

- Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems
