Lead Engineer- Footprint


The - Lead Engineer, Footprint India- position is placed Footprint India department. The requirements for technical support & leading the footprint Team in providing 3D Layout Design for Blade Factory, conducting 3D Simulations, Managing Risk associated with operation & safety. The candidate will join the Footprint Team and will Need to work with people across different location globally.

Key responsibilities include :

- Providing the enhanced Factory Layout Design to improve operation & Safety

- The role is responsible for providing 3D Layout Design for Blade Factory

- The role involves Conducting 3D Simulations identify & mitigate risk related with Operation & safety

- Solve new and less-standard problems within own domain & also challenging statuesque with new ideas, new thinking

- Need to Work with colleagues across globally in understanding & integrating their requirements in Layout design

Required Qualifications :

- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Bachelors or Masters)

- 10+ years- experience within in Domaine in layout design & working with large industries

- Experience in Designing plant layout & 3D Design of Layout, Simulations studies

- Should have Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & simulations tools like FLEXIM & PLANT SIMULATION

- Manufacturing Knowledge & Know-how in Lean principle is required

- Knowledge on local regulations & Environment, Health & Safety experience is desirable

- Project management experience also is desirable

- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
