Level : Manager
Experience : Having experience in recycling especially blown film/extruder
Qualification : CIPET graduate with 5-6 yrs of exp
Roles and responsibilities :
- Meeting production target as per budget
- Managing production activities and team
- Minimisation of losses and rejection
- Improving efficiency and reducing non value added activities
- Better productivity and profitability
- Reducing down time
- Maintenance along with preventive maintenance schedule
Production planning :
- Capacity enhancement and expansion
- Value engineering and analysis
- Developing good quality recycled products
Designing :
- Research and development
- Trials on products
- QA and QC
- EHS compliances
- Statutory requirement as per factory act and other rules
- Liaison with different govt agencies
Training and development :
- Managing stores and inventories- inward/outward/WIP
- Other commercial activities related to plant purchase and sales
