General Manager - Architectural Engineering - Real Estate (17-30 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are hiring for the role of Architect for Sonipat/Odisha location.
- To head and lead the Architecture function for all projects.
- Responsible for execution of architectural & interior work as per the drawings for all the projects within budgets and timelines.
- Track monitor project timelines, design deliveries and building plan approvals to avoid project delays.
- Design coordination with international and local architects and consultants like Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, Interiors, Lighting, Engineering etc.
- To review and approve drawings/submittals by the various design consultants.
- Finalization of Tiles, Marble, Finishes, Fittings and furnishings. Undertake project feasibility for potential properties or new acquisition.
