General Manager - Car Workshop (18-20 yrs)
Job Role and Candidate Profile :
- Technically Sound and Responsible to control efficiently 5 Car Workshops in and around Lucknow.
- Must be willing to add new service centres in future
- Possess good leadership qualities and administrative skills and lay proper systems and procedures for efficient functioning of workshops
- Must have excellent customer satisfaction methods and ensure prompt and timely delivery of vehicles
- Coordinating with Principal Car manufacturer
- Conduct periodical training and updation programmes to workmen
- Ensure discipline in workshop
- Ensure all utilities in order, servicing machines, spares, office infra structure and workshop cleanliness.
- Age below 45 yrs
Candidate Profile :
Automobile / Mechanical Engineer having 18 to 20 years experience in managing four wheeler workshops efficiently
Note :
a. This position is URGENT and hence selected candidate should be in a position to join immediately / short notice and relocate to Lucknow on permanent basis.
b. Interview will be held during working days in our client Head Office in Lucknow and shortlisted candidate local or outstation should be in a position to attend interview on their own in Lucknow without fail and should not cite any problems in not attending interview.
