General Manager - Contracts & Administration - Residential Projects (14-22 yrs)
Industry - Top Contracting companies for High rise residential buildings
Sub Contract Management focusing mainly on the following:
- Support to SCM Leads / Team in resolution of specific issues/ commercial deviations/ terms at the time of procurement/ finalization of orders.
- Review of Pre-bid MoUs/ Project specific Special Conditions of Contract/ High value orders
- Commercial Closure of POs/ WOs placed on Vendors/ Contractors (to ensure contractual entitlements of TPL) for Projects closed/ nearing completion.
- Monitoring non-performing vendors and initiate contractual actions
- Vendor Claims management, in coordination with Projects/ SCM Leads and Engineering wherever required.
- Review & recommendation of time extensions of POs/ WOs
- Drafting Contracts.
- Candidate must have experience into contracts and administration in residential projects
- Support legal department on matters relating to vendor/ contractor disputes.
- Experience in Contracts Management.
- Hands-on experience on delay analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge about the industry and legal awareness (including Arbitration & Conciliation Act; Indian Contract Act etc.
- Commercial acumen w.r.t. Taxation will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with FIDIC conditions of contract
- Familiar with INCO terms
