General Manager - Demand & Supply - FMCG - NITIE/SP Jain/IIM (11-13 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for a General Manager - Demand & Supply for one of the Large MNC FMCGs, based at Mumbai.
A Female with a Post Grad. in Ops. from NITIE / S P JAIN / IIM's etc. with around 10-15 (preferably 2003 - 05 batches) years of work experience in Demand / Supply Planning in a Large MNC FMCG.
Brief KRA's :
Will drive processes in the areas of Demand & Supply.
Leads Demand Planning, MPS planning and buying for Own and 3rd Party Mfg locations ensuring the Right Forecast, required balance between Customer Service & optimum Inventory level, consistent delivery of production against the plan.
Also lead Supply Chain Risk Management & Reliability through Long term planning with identification of interventions, smooth execution of NPD- s, transitions and Supplier integration.
