General Manager - Dye House (22-30 yrs)

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for Dye house new shade development, and to plan organize material information.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Overview and maintain production :


- Maintain complying with OEKOTEX shade for dyes & chemicals.

- To maintain availability of all shades made by dye house.

- To oversee the requirements of Fiber, cost reduction, sigma, 5-s.

- To maintain testing of dye stuff & keeping records of all party shades.

- To Manage proper maintenance of dying machine

- To manage and control on pet cake consumption per kg. Of fiber, work load & main power.

2. To take care of safety training

3. Maintain 5s in the Department for dye house team.

- Able to organizing work flow to accomplish established objectives.

- Able to plan activities & carry them through effectively.

- Ability to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or provide information and instruction.

- Able to supervise people, resources, including organization work flow to accomplish established objectives.
