General Manager - Engineering Services - Electrical Engineering (15-22 yrs)
Purpose of Job : To monitor and control various systems of engineering, instruments and CPP departments.

External : NA
Internal : Production, Glass, QC, QA, HR, Project dept, IT, Logistics, Purchase, Finance, Mould workshop, Mechanical Dept
Reporting structure :
Role directly reports to : Plant Head
Positions that report to this role : Sr. Mgr(Electrical), AGM(Instrumentation), Sr. Mgr (CE), Dy. Mgr(Civil), Sr. Mgr(Utility), Mgr.(CPP)
Essential Qualifications : BE Electrical from Good Institute.
Essential Experience : (desired Skill set) Nos. of years: 18 to 20 Years

Key Roles/Responsibilities :
1. Control S & S and R & M expenses.
2. Monitor proper adherence of Preventive Maintenance activities.
3. Monitor and control downtime of critical equipment.
4. Co-ordinate various initiatives i.e. Energy Conservation, Kaizen etc.
5. Project related activities and modifications as and when required
6. Liaising with Govt. officials
7. Budgetary planning and control for various departments.
8. M E cell activities
9. Training arrangement for dept. employees.
10. Inventory Control.
11. Technical Up gradation
