Position: GM- Process Food /Research & Development/ Food Processing ( Private Label)
Reporting :
Functional Reporting : VP Private Labels
Administrational Reporting : VP Private Labels
Age : No Bar
Education: B. Tech Food Technology from premier institute
Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge of agricultural produce
- Thorough knowledge of converting agricultural produce in to value added products
- Thorough knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
- Well conversant with FSSAI, W&M and PCRO requirements
- Well conversant with implementing quality systems at contract manufacturing / 3P locations
- Well developed competencies in organoleptic testing of food products.
- 3rd Party vendor management
- Techno Commercial aspects of Private Label operations
Total Experience :
- Minimum 15 years experience in product development. Preference will be given to those who have worked in various food processing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop products which compare well with the selected national brands
- To deliver the costs & margins in the company decided framework
- Quality & legal compliance,
- Category analysis & trending,
Linkages/Interface:
External: Vendors & testing houses
Internal: Supply Chain, Category management team, Operations
Package: Rs. 25 - 35 Lakhs per annum
