Education - B.E/B.Tech in Mining/Geology/ Metallurgy/Mining
Job Profile :
- He will be leading, geology, mining, operation, garage, lab and other support teams like HR, Admin etc.
- As part of organization growth and to head the entire functions including geology, mining, processing, and other support functions at KIMIN.
- To support the project team for timely completion and commissioning of the new plant, optimum manpower planning, ramp up production and to bring the plant efficiency to the expected level.
- Achieving the production targets with agreed recoveries and COP.
- To achieve the targets in terms of quantity, quality and cost of production, ensuring that safety, health and environmental aspects are in place
- Problem solving, Manpower management, Critical Thinking, Influencing and persuading
