General Manager - Knitted Garments - Textlies (8-18 yrs)
Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Overall responsible for the entire operations- Planning, execution and profitability
- Raw material sourcing
- Prepare costing, pricing and sampling for customers
- Marketing the products to international buyers
- Getting international certification (WRAP, ISO, etc)
- Auditing for international buyers
- Recruiting and training the team locally and internationally
Key Skills:
- Techno Commercial Experience required
- Experience of 10-15 years in Textiles (Relevant Exposure MUST)
- Experience of 5-8 years as a General Manager/ Deputy General Manager
Desired profile:
- Should be around 40 years of age
- Candidates with prior working experience in Bangladesh, Sri lanka, india and China will hold advantage
- Candidate must have worked at a factory with not less than 600 machines which has printing also
- The candidate should have experience in handling international buyers, such as H&M, Uniglo, PrimeMark, Marks & spencer, PVH, etc.
