- Responsible for Proper Functioning of Plant warehouse & depot logistics, tpt & Supply chain as well.

- Handling Packaging material, Finished Goods & other Marketing Material.

- Ensuring Proper Receipt, Storage and handling of FG from Production & other locations.

- Ensuring Timely Dispatch of finished goods material to Distributors against the order punched.

- Coordinate with the intra department to close all day to day operations.

- Review Daily MIS reports for better operations control on a daily basis.

- Coordination with Sales team for non-moving goods & transfer to another unit for consumption.

- Coordination with Sales & Production team for required skus, s to produce as per market requirement.

- FG distribution planning on a day to day basis for others unit & own states Distributors.

- Transportation One way /Two way planning for other locations & DB points.

- Timely stock adjustment to control inventory.

- Handling Market Leakage / Breakage, rejected FG.

- Handling of expired, discarded materials & disposal as per approval.

- Daily Stock Report review & planning of outsource material as per sales forecasting.

- Responsible for AIBI audit to maintain all SOP related to food safety & FG storage & shipment.

- Handling of all Quality related market returns with proper approval from Higher Mgmt.

- Responsible for all shipping related monitoring & handling.

- To ensure good business relationships with internal & external customers for smooth operation.

- Ensuring to deploy required tonnage trucks, Taurus as per Distributors orders.

- Ensuring to deliver the orders within a time frame to increase our secondary & Market Routes Sales.

- Preparation of sku demanded for production as per sales trend & sales requirement.

- Preparation of Demanded sku vs Production sku report for better lines productivity controlling

- Setting up Shipping department KPI, s & ensure that they are met.

- Identify shipping issues / conflicts and implement the required solution within time.

- Using SAP software to track our S.O, P.O, STO for daily shipping operation for better control.

- Management of all required important documents like pick slips, bills, Customer POD, s.

- Coordination with Commercial, Store RMPM, Production, Quality, Maintenance for smooth operation.

- Daily MIS tracking to understand the short falling sku as per sales trend & arrange the same.

- Reporting to Senior Management on activities and issues.

- Freight Rates Negotiation with transporters & search out new transporter for lowest rates in market.

- Taking care of all forklift operations within the plant for loading / Production & other works.

- Planning of empty glass for production, lifting the same from DB point as well.

- Ensuring Shelf life report to be reviewed weekly twice to take action for near expiry stock.

- Ensuring daily stock take/Shelf life report twice in a week for healthy inventory in the plant.

- Planning of vehicle for inter/ intra state with rate negotiation & approval of higher mgmt.

- Responsible for planning of adhoc vehicles as per requirement.
