General Manager - Manufacturing (15-25 yrs)
Job Description :
Position : GM Manufacturing
Reporting : COO
Department : Manufacturing
Based Location : Plant (Gr. Noida West)
Purpose of Position : The position is responsible to manage all areas of Manufacturing managing a large workshop with global benchmark ensuring smooth production.
Education & Qualification :
- Strong academic background, achiever of above 60% marks in education from 10th onwards
- B.E / B.Tech Mechanical
- Preference to MBA
Preferred Candidates :
- Minimum 20 - 25 years of Experience
- Hands-on experience to develop, improve manufacturing process with the object to reduce the production cost, to improve product quality to minimize production cycle time.
- Experience to handle a team of 10-15 team members.
- Certification and knowledge of different kind of welding, Casting, NDT, ISO Auditor Certification, Six Sigma.
Work Experience & Key Responsibilities :
- Extremely good knowledge in the manufacturing process
- Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering
- Expert in the Machining process
- Expert knowledge in Engineering Material
- Exposure to work on CNC, VMC, HMC, and conventional machines.
- Knowledge of tool designing
- Knowledge and experience of time and motion study.
- Preparing drawing and process sheets for each component.
- Contribution in improving of production and quality.
- Cost optimization
- Experience to buy a different kind of machinery
- Involvement in development qualities
