General Manager - MEPF Design - Real Estate (18-25 yrs)
GM - MEPF Design - Real Estate
- Prepare/Review the demand projections and develop/review the design basis reports for all MEPF designs.
- Make sure that contractor's MEPF shop drawing has been reviewed and approved by relevant parties and kept up to date.
- Lead the development of Detail MEPF Engineering Plans, Phasing, coordinated GFC packages for all services, cost estimation and optimization
- Lead MEPF design workshops and meetings with clear procedures to ensure they are conducted in a constructive and proactive manner, including preparation and prompt distribution of meeting minutes.
- Study and analyse the infrastructure plan including for water, power, drainage, SWM, ICT and coordinate its integration with the proposed designs.
- Review, verify and coordinate submissions to MOEF, EIC, Municipal Authorities, Utility Providers etc.
- Ensure Monitoring all testing and commissioning manuals, testing certificates and warranties in accordance with Contractor's contract closeout deliverables.
- Review and provide all required information, drawings, calculations and documentation required for statutory submissions and project approvals.
- Assisting in Liaison with Statutory Authorities for MEPF engineering aspects.
- Develop the team with the skills required to deliver the project deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.E. Mech/Electrical/M Tech/Diploma in MEPF (Good to have)/Additional Certifications specific to MEPF (Good to have). Upto 18 years of experience specially in designing High rise buildings.
