General Manager - Operation - Heavy Engineering Manufacturing (20-25 yrs)
- Min.20 years of experience across various core Heavy engineering manufacturing industry.
- 10 years experience in Admin., Production planning and co-ordination.
- 3-5 years min. experience in a position of direct reporting to Owner.
- Mechanical Engineering degree with PG. MBA in HR/Finance management will be preferred.
- 5 years min experience in running labour intensive medium/Large scale manufacturing units from top or second level in the organization.
- Ability to adapt, learn, improvise and work in a team.
- Good analytical aptitude to assimilate and analyse Key relevant data and guide business as per set management goal.
- Should exhibit smart interpersonal behaviour for achieving the management objectives.
- Should have a balanced techno-commercial perspective during decision making.
- Should be proficient in Hindi & English both.
Age : Not more than 55 years.
Plant - Medium size : About 250 people
Location : Near Pune
Company Must be into DI (ductile iron pipes) fittings.
