Job Description :
Heading the organization and leading a team of various departments from Marketing / Administration / Merchandising / QAD / Purchase / Production / Shipping & Logistics / and ensuring smooth running of business at optimum level of service.
- Complete Accountability of the organization.
- Organizing factory compliances from time to time.
- Developing Management system charts with stringent critical path analysis and strong emphasis on maintaining relationships and promoting customer loyalties.
- Empowering the lower management and operators in bringing improvements.
- Implementing Autonomous Maintenance and bringing results in end product.
Qualification : B.tech/Mba
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
