General Manager - Operations/Maintenance - Water Utilities (18-25 yrs)
Job Description :
Our client provides integrated solutions for water, waste water, effluent & sewage management and solid waste management and is one of the few companies of India, having the capability to Build, Operate & Maintain water utilities on a 24x7 basis, catering industrial, commercial, municipal & domestic consumers to contribute towards building a "water positive footprint"
Experience Required : Minimum 20 years
Education : B.E (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)
Key skills required :
- Experience of managing Operations & Maintenance services of water or waste water utilities required
- Experience of Leading and heading of Utility Network
- Experience of Public-private partnership project, construction of Pipe line network
- Experience of Engineering, Procurement and Construction, structural erecting, piping, testing, commissioning
- Overall In charge of Operations & Maintenance of transmission and distribution of water network
- Pumping stations overhauling, Operations and Management
- Pipe Line repair & maintenance, Valve repair
- Project Planning and Coordination.
- Bill of Quantity based Estimation of On going repairs, Contractor supervision for quick repair, quality and costs
- Bill checking and approval for payments.
- Network planning,
- Managing Service level and KPIs
- Procurement of clearances
- Ensuring all covenants of Concessional Agreements are met.
- Budgeting and costing
- Efficiency improvement.
- Good administrative skills required
- Experience of billing management for domestic and industrial customers
- Management of customer base, complaint, Non Revenue Water preferable
- Management of manpower (on-roll/contractual)
- Coordination and local liaison with Authorities, clients administration
Age : 40 to 45
Preferred Languages : Bengali, Hindi and English.

Salary: - 2,000,000.00 - 2,200,000.00 per year
