We urgently need 2 G M (Operations ) for our sites Bokaro, Jharkhand & Angul Odisha

Preliminary interview over zoom.

Position - General Manager(Operation)

Education Qualification: Minimum B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience: Minimum 15 Years in working in Steel Industry

Age Bracket: Between 40 Years to 52 Years (Not more than 55 in any case)

Job profile :

- Heading a site involving coordination with client, control of heavy earth moving equipment, manpower, Safety, HR, accounts etc.

- Overall responsible for production, safety and profitability of the site. He has to oversee all departments of the site and ensure proper client handling and smooth functioning of the site.

Area of Expertise :

- Experience should be for managing production with fleet of Heavy Earth Moving Equipment and related manpower

- Direct working Experience in a bigger Steel Plant or through its vendor

- Safety qualification is an added advantage for recruitment

Salary Bracket : In between Rs. 1 Lac to 1.5 Lacs (Plus Perks/Esops as per company policy) (It is negotiable depending on the candidates qualification, experience and outlook towards the job)
