General Manager - Pharma Projects - Engineering Project Firm (15-18 yrs)

- We are looking candidates for GM - Product projects with leading Engineering Project company based in Mumbai.

- Candidates who have worked in Pharma industry & having experience in pharma tools sales & Design, Purchase, vendor development prefer.

Role Description :

- This role is primarily responsible for Execution of International Orders for Machinery, Cleanroom Equipment's and Spares.

Principle Responsibilities :

- To provide technical, commercial and social guidance for Product Orders.

- Coordinate with Vendors 


- Ensure Equipment's are manufactured as per Client requirement

- Develop, evaluate and allot installation team as per project nature, volume and location.

- Coordinate with Clients for FATs

- Give technical support to the team

- Motivate team to have positive approach towards work.

- Develop methodology to reduce execution time, wastage, and to achieve higher level of quality.

- Maintain Monthly and yearly Expense report of every Project.

- Monitor track & record site activities with respect to schedule and budget.

- Maintain healthy relationship with Client.

- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement & logistics for smooth execution of project.

- Minimize risk of Project failure.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications :

- B.E. Mechanical, Electrical, Or Instrumentation

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management or a related field

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex, high-impact projects to successful completion

- Experience in product development, market research, and strategic planning

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Experience in the Pharma, FMCG is preferred.
