General Manager - Planning & Execution - Construction (12-20 yrs)

Job Responsibilities

1. Preparation of project schedule

2. Monitoring & controlling the projects with respect with respect to physical& financial progress, time, cost, resource, deployment& utilization.

3. Working out the financial (project budget as well as annual budget)

4. Analyzing the gap between the planned vs actual and highlight analysis, unit cost analysis.

5. Working out the resource requirement (manpower, equipment& material etc. so as to full fill the construction schedule prepared).

6. Preparing the construction schedule (overall, annual and updates) in construction with the project team and CEMG and ensure that all concerned are aware of plans.

Conducting

7. Conducting weekly progress review meeting with client& section heads.

8. Having Exp. In Execution, planning, daily site management, Site execution, Liasoning billing, project control, quality analysis, vendor management, project activity analysis

9. Presentation of status of project in Project Review Meeting with client, design consultant & interface agencies in monthly basis.

10. Undertaking the role of the project chief engineer /project manager in projects where that position has not provided.

11. Technical knowledge Geotechnical work i.e. grouting, piling, anchoring micro pile, slope protection, slope stabilization, Foundation, Tunnel etc.

12. Active participation in tender activity(If Required)

13. Review monthly cost forecasting summaries.

14. Conducting weekly progress review meeting with client & section Heads. Issue monthly progress report and invoicing to consultant and client including final hold backs

15. Transaction to the job site office for manpower equipment requirement.

16. Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis)

17. Manpower planning at site and HO.

18. Analyzing the gap between the planned vs actual and highlight analysis, unit cost analysis)

19. Monitoring& controlling the projects with respect to physical& financial progress, time, cost, resource, deployment &utilization.
