Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for Overall Plant activities such as Production, Quality, Cost Controls, Supply

Review planned production schedules for all manufacturing departments to ensure established inventory levels are met.

Review In-house quality and outgoing Quality to the customer's specification

Communicate with Design & Development to develop new products

To make sure the plant running Smoothly, efficiently and safely

Co-ordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel.

Monitor expenses of the plant and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.

Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.

Ensure that all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees.

Up-keeping of overall plant

Arrangement & allocation of work-force

Analyze work force requirement

Maintain security System

Key Result Areas :

Internal :

To monitor production against plan

Adherance to quality of products

Maintain the plant machineries and equipment

Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.

To curtail inventory level of raw material and finish parts

To monitor the new part development

Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.

External :

Visit the vendors and suppliers for guiding them on enhancement of quality and quantity levels

To fulfill customer's requirement in their products' specification

Key Result Areas

Internal :

To ensure the safety of employees and upkeeping of plant

Retention and allocation of appropriate workforce

Custadian of System documents

Monthly Review of plant

Identifying the skill requirement and providing the on-job training.

Managing the External Rejection Level below the accepted target

Visit the vendors and suppliers for guiding them on enhancement of quality and quantity levels

To handle the Customer Compaints

Job Description:

This job requires thorough knowledge of Casting manufacturing

To watch over and organize the daily operations of manufacturing plant

To oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely

To maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, collecting and looking

Plan and maintain Manufacturing budgets, Cost controls
