General Manager - Plant Operations (20-30 yrs)
- Heading the whole plant currently manufacturing LT Power cables, AB cables, control cables, instrumentation cables, wire harnessing, Annual Planning of Manufacturing Targets, in coordination with BDM team & monitoring the overall manufacturing performance on regular basis & taking steps for further improvements with a view to complete Order & contracts within stipulated time & budget.
- Extending support to BD team, for Customer Approvals, Product approvals & Plant Visit, infrastructure assessment
- Managing overall Manufacturing activities and resource planning for 3M and implement strategic scheduling and planning to maximize operational efficiency;
- Strategic planning for safety & EHS requirements & compliance at all facilities; implementing quality standards for meeting the set Quality targets.
- Implementation of 5S, total productive maintenance
- Responsible for MRM, arranging & monitoring Internal / external audits, as per IMS standards 9001-2015 & 45001
- Identifying & arranging to provide training as required internal & external
- Weekly Reporting to the Director for overall activities, Discuss & plan the need for new manufacturing facilities and training needs to substitute a powerful and skilled working team.
