General Manager - Plant Operations - Chemical Manufacturing (15-25 yrs)
We are urgently looking for General Manager Candidate who can handling Operations of Entire Chennai Plant
Company Profile - Leading Chemical Manufacturers & Exporters to almost all International Locations
Work Location - Chennai Plant (Candidate should be ready for relocating to Chennai Location)
Qualification :
- Graduate / Post graduate in Engineering preferably Chemical
- Degree / Diploma in Business Management would be an advantage
Experience :15+ years relevant experience in Chemical manufacturing Industry.
Salary : 20L - 35L (Open to Discuss)
Job Profile :
- Good exposure / knowledge of shop floor practices, manufacturing processes, supply chain and maintenance procedures
- Motivate and mentor all Plant Functional Teams to achieve cycle time and manufacturing targets
- Hands-on ability to de-bottleneck technical / production problems, undertake trouble-shooting of Process/Customer complaints and develop effective Systems using CAPA concepts
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Production Planning & Inventory Management (RM/PM/FG)
- Exposure and implementation of EHS standards applicable to Plant Operations
- Adherence to legal and statutory requirements as per government rules and regulations
