General Manager - Procurement - FMCG (15-22 yrs)
-  Procurement Strategy - Formulate and implement procurement mid-term strategy in line with Global & long term business plan. 
-  Vendor Development & Evaluation -  Drive vendor development process from identification to qualification (from Global team).  Periodic evaluation jointly with supply chain & Quality.
- Budgeting -  Lead Preparation to Approval process of yearly budgeting & Monthly tracking of Price variance along with Global Packaging controller. 
-  Strategic Sourcing - Procurement & Negotiation of Printing (Laminate, Label, Cartons) & Non Printed (injection molding) for India and Europe.
-  Aggressive Procurement - Smartly hedging the risk to beat commodity & exchange volatility and keep ahead of industry standard rates. 
-  Vendor Administration & Capacity Management - Strengthening of supplier relationship, resolving satisfactorily various vendor issues.  Jointly make vendor Capacity management along with supply chain with respect to company growth & market dynamics.  
-  Trend Analysis - Track local & global commodity & input prices with center category team .  Analysis of market & price movement affecting to confectionary industry 
-  Costing & Compliance -  Prepared structured costing sheet for all items in accordance with companies internal control.  
-  Cross Functional-  Effective representation of  Procurement department with other local & global functions ( DPU, Supply chain,  Operation, Quality Finance,  Packaging Development,  Marketing) . 
-  Innovation Continuously Identify, evaluate & facilate new packaging trends & technology development for cost & productivity improvement. 
-  Benchmarking -  Constant evaluation of -  Total Packaging cost concept-  viz a via  - Local & Global Market,  Confectionary & Food industry 
-  Risk Management - Conduct Periodic risk assessment of items & suppliers & work out risk mitigating action plan. 
-  Promo\ NPD -  Lead cross function team for timely execution of promo & new product development\launches.
