General Manager - Productions Operations (15-25 yrs)

Job Profile
1. Strategy Planning: Managing profitability of operations and accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. Designing and executing systems and processes for monitoring and controlling resources thereby improving the operational efficiency.
2. Project Planning & Management: Handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to project, preparation of project schedule, machinery and manpower requirement for overall project operations and for ensuring timely completion. Monitoring site operations with respect to project schedule, monthly programme and taking corrective steps to arrest any slippages.
3. Erection & Commissioning: Handling erection, commissioning of two plants & equipment to ensure the completion of projects within stipulated time/cost parameters. Supervising pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in adherence to the process licensors requirement and company's standards and specifications.
4. Operations: Monitoring processes and procedures to ensure timely accomplishments of targets within time parameters. Developing and following up with vendors for timely procurement of materials to facilitate smooth production operations; conducting inspection of the goods received.
5. Quality Assurance: Designing and implementing quality system and quality plans to ensure high quality standards.
Preparing and maintaining necessary documents to comply with quality systems and quality plans, to meet statutory quality standards including coordination with external agencies.Carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the equipment/ plants keeping in view the performance, safety & quality standards.
6. Resource Management: Allocating the resources, optimizing the time, reducing cost and thereby enhancement of processes.
