General Manager - Projects (15-18 yrs)

This requirement is for Mirah Hospitality based out of Mumbai Malad.

Only candidates from hospitality/hotel industry will be considered.

MAx CTC offered- Upto 30 lacs p.a.

A. Pre-Project Stage :

1. Participate in the study of Site Feasibility. Visit the site and study the amenities / deliverables provided by the landlord / developer. Provide an opinion on the same to understand overall site feasibility.

2. Provide outlet layouts to the architects and/or consultant. Invite designs for the same.

3. Analyze the presentations of various architects and finalize one on the basis of discussions with the Brand Head and Management.

4. Share the final design with the allocated team member for budgeting.

5. To evaluate the budget prepared by team member and present it to the Brand Head / Management for approvals.

6. Share the finalized budget with the allocated team member for tendering.

7. Responsible for identifying, pre-qualifying, contracting and managing key parties in the tendering process.

"B. Project Stage

1. To ensure that all execution is done as per selected architect's design, approved budgets and qualified vendors.

2. To update self on daily progress of the various sites.

3. To chair weekly meetings on the site progress along with the respective Brand Head and Purchase and Accounts representatives.

4. Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and other department representatives for critical issues. Ensure the conclusion of the same within understandable timelines so as to avoid delays.

5. To ensure delivery of the project within budget, time and quality parameters set by Brand Head / Management."

C. Post-Project Stage

1. To ensure that a complete handover is done by Projects to Controls.

2. To ensure that all Snags are completed within the timelines as committed to Operations.

D. Maintenance :

1. Maintain service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations, investigating complaints and initiating corrective action.

2. Establish and maintain applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the company.

3. Finalize vendors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (for electrical, plumbing, airconditioning, etc.) for outlets.

4. Review monthly MIS sent by Maintenance team.
