- Review the tender documents submitted in the proposals stage, review techno commercial offers, prepares equipment schedule, material and manhour estimates.

- Arrange the Techno commercial meeting with Client, Contractor & make commercial comparison, contractor finalization etc.

- Coordinate all MEP related activities at project sites and day to day operation along with Project Managers.

- Guide and advice to contractors as per the instruction of MEP Head on all mechanical equipments such as Automation system, Fire Alarm System and centralized A.C. Plant, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Plant Room etc. as per GFC drawing.

- Make sure proper design coordination is achieved before commencement of work (collect GFC drawing before starting work).

- Ensure that the shop drawing obtain approval from Consultant / Project Manager/ Architect before executing the job.

- Refer to the tender specs for plumbing, fire fighting & follow up with Client.

- Organize the preparation of equipment and material specifications and data sheets, including the preparation of Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams and Layout Drawings, Cable Trench/Tray Layout Drawings, Isometric Diagrams of Sprinkler and Hydrant Piping.

- Interface and regularly meet with Client/Consultants and vendor representatives, conduct internal staff meetings, ensure the progress of project in accordance to schedule, allotted manhours and budgeted costs. Coordinate with projects

- Regularly advise to Client and SubContractor for monthly Billing as per scheduled cash flow.

- Preparing comparison of quotation and approved from management.

- Appoint the vendor / contractor for services.

- Assist to prepare LOI/ Worked order.

- Check the Material submittal schedule.

- Understanding and evaluation of project and facility requirements.

- Review shop drawing given from vendor / consultant or client.

- Checking given measurement & bill from vendor and approved.

- Review As built drawing given from vendor/ contractor.

- Lead and manage a team of internal and external professionals.

- Assist MEP head check design economy, adequacy and accuracy of design for services and structural design as per the SOP checklists.
