General Manager - Quality Assurance - Food & Beverages (20-30 yrs)

We are retained by a leading food major to identify a Quality leader to take the overall responsibility for planning, scheduling of QA, QC and QMS activities with a view to achieve supreme product quality, reduced costs and optimum utilization of available resources without any additional capital investment

- To work collaboratively with other Production heads ensuring that all products manufactured are as per specifications and are made in accordance with relevant QMS & FSMS standards.

- To implement Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000), Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000) & conducting audits to enhance quality of products and reduce rejection/wastage through CAPA ( Corrective and Preventive Action ).

- Implementation of SOP's & Adherence to ISO FSMS Norms and documentation

- Responsible for Development of Quality module and effective implementation of SAP.

- Interface & coordinate with external auditors for the conduct of BIS, Halal, ISO and HACCP audits and FSSAI inspection in the organization

- Ensure maintenance of the dairy machinery utensils tanks, pipelines etc. in perfect hygienic operational mode to maintain quality norms of milk at all level.

- Drive the system & efforts for implementation of Quality Assurance Program (QAP) for improvement in standards in the production facility thereby improve product quality and hygiene standards

- To Implement the system policy & procedures in the organization while outlining the steps to be taken in implementing maintenance program for smooth operations across the units

- Ensure routine maintenance and calibration for analytical equipments on a regular basis and effectively handle quality control laboratories to meet the standards and regulatory norms

Educational Qualification : B.E. - Food Technology / Diploma in Food Technology

Experience : 20 to 25 years in Dairy & Food Industry is a must. He should have overseas experience in Dairy & Food industry

Age : 44 - 49 years
