General Manager - Raw Materials Division Operations (18-20 yrs)
Position : DGM/GM - RMD Operations
Qualification : B.Tech - Mechanical
Experience : 18 - 20 years in Raw Materials Division Operations.
Salary : upto 24Lacs per annum.
Responsibilities :
- To lead the department and achieve targeted production & Quality.
- Candidate who handled Green flied as well as Brown filed projects.
- Conversion of CCM billets to TMT hot charging.
- Increase the Yield percentage by minimising the wastage & mis rolls.
- Maintain quality of the products as per the standards and minimize the rejection quantities.
- Maintain the customer complaints to minimum level total production.
- Technical training for the team on documentation and maintaining checklist (1 per quarter).
- Leadership and managerial training program.
- Establishing teams and SOP to minimize rolling mill breakdown.
- Reduce the production cost by reducing overall consumption of the roll.
Job Location : Hyderabad
- Age not more than 50 years.
- Immediate Joining or 15 - 30 days preferred.
