General Manager - R&D (15-20 yrs)
- Expertise in leading & developing R & D team for commercial organisation
- Ability to develop and translate organisation technical opportunities / challenges in to commercial gains.
- Identify Goals and plan R & D work to deliver Business current and medium term goals to meet/ exceed Organisation profit targets.
- Interact with customers so as to understand current problems / challenges along with identification of future opportunities for the business improvements/ diversification.
- Effective / result oriented team leader to motivate and lead team members to meet Business technical challenges.
- Position will involve extending the knowledge in coating applications of liquids over solids.
- Knowledge & experience in designing new laboratory experiments along with abilities to take successful findings to Pilot Plant / Commercial scale operations along with multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in the interpretation of advanced analytical techniques.
- Co-ordination of R & D project activities to ensure that new projects are delivered on time.
Candidate with experience in Rubber Chemicals / Speciality Chemicals / Pharma / Fine Chemicals / Crop protection
