General Manager - Research & Development - Chemicals (15-25 yrs)
We are looking Manager R & D for one of our leading Chemical Industry.
Location : Valsad (Gujarat)
Experience : 15 - 25 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensure and monitor 5S compliance in laboratory
- Develop and ensure safety culture in laboratory
- Develop new products and Improve existing products
- Ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Management of laboratory to benchmark standards
- Perform the role of people manager for the team
- Monitor, review and implement R&D SOP's and progress of project development
- Ensure technical support to cross functional teams and customers
- Keep abreast with latest trends in research, technology and competition
- Develop R&D culture and protect intellectual property.
Job Specification :
- M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) & Ph.D. (Full time)
- Should have experience in Pigments and Dyes
- Looking candidate only from Chemical Industry.
- Percentage should be 50% and above in all educational qualification.
