General Manager : EPC (Contracts) : Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- To support, manage, develop and administer all contract documents from the design stage and tendering process through to contract closeout.

- Resolution of issues relating to design, construction and other project related contracts for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers across the organization.

- To manage the execution and assessment of requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualification (RFQs), and invitations to bidders (ITBs).

- To be responsible and to deliver end-to-end Material and Contracts management of products and services according to plan and within budget.

- Optimizing Vendors capacity across projects. Benchmark and develop vendors to innovate and create more value for the customer.

B. E (Civil) :

20 + years of handling pre-bid and post-bid contracts, sub contracts in high rise residential & commercial projects

1. Knowledge of costing, estimation

2. Good knowledge of FIDIC conditions, proficient in making MOU, JV agreements, consortium agreements etc. Awareness of arbitration clauses & international laws.

3. Knowledge of M.S. Office, M.S. Project, Primavera, AUTOCAD

4. Good negotiating skills with contractors, vendors, etc

5. Good number crunching, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking.

6. Effective Management, Cost Control, Budgetary Forecast, Procurement of Local and Imported Materials, tendering process
