General Manager - Service Engineering (10-15 yrs)
Looking to hire General Manager for Service (Electric Vehicle Segment) from similar Industry experience only
1. To devise short term and long-term strategy and spearhead initiatives to enhance overall customer service levels and grows generation of revenues.
2. To Develop, guide and monitor implementation of strategies to meet & grow revenue annually and margin targets for service business
3. To ensure back end support systems are upgraded and implemented to enable effective delivery of customer service
4. To monitor & control warranty costs and helps reduce spares inventory levels
5. To enhance the product knowledge of myself with the Service Team and conducting Technical Training of Sales as well as Trade for Efficient Service Delivery.
