Summary : The role requires steering the S & T Function towards the successful achievement of goals as laid down by top management of the Railways Division.

1. Handling Multiple Projects in India & Abroad

2. Handling Multiple Disciplines within the project

3. Project Management through Project Management Software and Review Mechanism

4. Mobilization of Sub contractors

5. Achievement of Revenue with projected margin

6. Budgetary Control of the project

7. Contract and Claims

8. Liaison with nodal agencies DFCC, RVNL, IRCON, Railways, DMRC.

9. Represent the company in the infrastructure and construction sector to conferences.
