General Manager - Supply Chain/Logistics - Retail/FMCG/Manufacturing (10-25 yrs)
The Supply Chain Head will be responsible for maximizing supply chain efficiency & effectiveness in meeting the demand of a rapidly growing distribution business in the state of Maharashtra.
- Leading a large dispersed organization, the incumbent will be representing the supply chain function in the leadership team of the group's distribution business and will also be interfacing with Procter & Gamble counterparts on supply chain matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage & evaluate the personnel, operations & budget.
- Develop & implement new systems, best practices to drive Business growth.
- Communicate values, business goals & represent the organization to internal & external stakeholders.
- Maintain & Develop positive supply chain relationship with key customers.
- Lead & Manage Customer Service, Inventory Control, Planning, Warehousing & Transportation.
- Lead the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring & performance evaluation of supply chain personnel.
- Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance & improve performance against set goals.
- Identify & Manage Supply Chain Risks.
