RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identification & Selection of the Franchisee- s
2. Implementation of projects from concept to commercialization
3. Technical support for installation and commissioning of new projects, plant upgradations
4. Ensuring the performance of plant and machinery are at its best
5. Maintain quality of the products and implement quality systems
6. Imparting training to all the technical people at the head office and franchisees
7. Taking care of all the new developments in packaging
8. To provide the technical support for the cost-effective production and optimum utilization of the Plant & Machinery
CO-ORDINATES WITH: Franchisee, Packaging, Finance, R&D, Purchase, Marketing, Quality, Sales, Packaging & Equipment suppliers
KNOWLEDGE IN DEPTH:
Hot-fill (PET Juices), TETRA PAK
QUALIFICATIONS: Engineer
PREFERRED INDUSTRY: Beverages (Water/Juices/Dairy/Soft-drinks)
EXPERIENCE: Min 18 years
