General Manager/Vice President - Quality - Aerospace & Defense Industry (20-30 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, Mechanical, EEE engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in quality management within the Aerospace & Defense industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace and defense industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards specific to aerospace and defense.
- Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and managing complex quality systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Work experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in handling Quality function (process quality, product quality, system quality, customer quality, people quality. )
