General Manager - Water Treatment (12-15 yrs)

GM - Water Treatment is required for Fortune 500 Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for -:

- Evaluating water treatment technology to support future business investment and exploitation & presents a business case for approval.

- Creating proposals for new business ideas / new lines of business / products, etc. for water treatment and point of use technologies

- Screening, testing & developing "disruptive" water treatment ideas

- Serving as primary operational contact for External networks and closely works with them / provides guidance to expedite transfers and finalize/close projects

- Presenting product ideas to senior management and seek approval for execution and launch.

- Identifies & develops creative, actionable & cost effective solutions across the 3 platforms viz., Product, service & delivery

- Utilizing structured idea generation, engineering development process, project management process & tools

- Identifying issues, and facilitate problem resolution and issue escalation

- Implementing change management processes

- Identifying technical & operational risks related to the project & proactively highlights to the Senior Management for action

- Defining commercialization path with relevant functional inputs

The incumbent should be B.Tech. with M.Tech. in Chemical or M.Tech in Environmental Engineering, preferably a PhD with focus on water treatment. He should have at least 12 years 15 years of experience in Water Treatment Technologies in a Multinational Company.
