Job Summary:

Provide business alignment between One Global Sourcing (OGS) and Snacks and other Business unit. Appropriately match Sourcing resources to support business results and manage risk.

Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate platform & category strategies and market updates between the Business Unit (BU) and OGS.

- Provide strong sourcing support by developing ESC partners for New Product Development and product commercialization projects. Ensure proper handover to ESC operations team after start up.

- Facilitate connections between the Snacks BU and OGS.

- Ensure operational excellence/execution against business requirements and timely resolution of raw material issues.

- Communicate BU performance and objectives.

- Provide broad business perspective, BU priorities, and performance updates to OGS.

- Drive resource commitment to meet business imperatives for the BU and OGS.

- Connected & Open Innovation:

- Facilitate connections between OGS and the Business to advance innovation and consult on key projects

- Provide OGS with Business insights and connections to aid strategy development that meets key Business objectives.

Specification:

Academics: Bachelor's in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical.

Masters in Operations.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sourcing would be necessary.
