Job Description/Responsibilities :
- 10+ Years of experience in Project Management.
- Skilled in Planning, Coordinating & Managing projects from inception to closure.
- Diligently handle multiple projects, monitoring progress and deliverables across cities.
- Be Dynamic, and take ownership of projects with management of client communications.
- Prior Experience in Turnkey Interior Fit Out for Corporate Projects.
- Evaluate & enhance project management framework.
- Monitor project status on a daily basis with respective stakeholders to ensure respect to timelines, cost and quality is achieved in all stages of the project for hassle free delivery.
- People management, training & development and initiate new projects.
Notice Period : Immediate or 10-15 Days Max

Desired Profile of the Candidate :
- Relevant experience of team handling.
- Strong vendor and supplier management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, Alert, Instinctive and with an ability to Mitigate Risk.
- Knowledge of Basic Software like Auto CAD & MS Office.
Desired Work Experience (in complete years) : Above 10 Years [Experience in Interior Fit Out Industry - Mandatory]

Proposed Budget : 18-24 L PA (Bangalore), 1L PM (Cochin/Kochi) / Depends on the performance & competency level of the candidates.
