Genie Bazaar - Manager - Procurement (1-5 yrs)
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that they meet our company's standards and requirements
- Create and send quotes to end clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible prices and services
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure that they deliver high-quality products and services in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Maintain a database of vendor information, including pricing, lead times, and contact information
- Analyze market trends and keep abreast of new products and services that may be relevant to our company
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement
processes align with the company's goals and objective
- Identify and resolve any vendor-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management or procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
