Job Core Skills (Technical) :

- 4 Plus Years Of Experience.

- B Tech/BE Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering.

- MBA preferred

- Experience With Mechanical Design Work And Knowledge In Manufacturing Processes.

- Ability To Read And Interpret Blue Print Documents.

- Knowledge and experience with utilization Of CAD/3-D Modelling Software.

- Solid Knowledge Of Microsoft Office Applications, Such As Excel.

- Good Sketching And Concept Generation Skills.

- Knowledge in manufacturing of automobile structure design (sheet works, RHS or pipe works, channel works).

Job Responsibilities :

- Planning And Organizing Production Schedules.

- Link With Other Managers To Formulate Objectives And Understand Requirements

- Assessing Project And Resource Requirements

- Determining Quality Control Standards

- Overseeing Production Processes

- Re-Negotiating Timescales Or Schedules As Necessary

- Selecting, Ordering And Purchasing Materials

- Organising the Repair And Routine Maintenance Of Production Equipment

- Liaising With Buyers And Marketing And Sales Staff

- Supervising The Work Of Junior Staff

- Organizing Relevant Training Sessions.

- Estimate Costs And Prepare Budgets

- Organising The Repair And Routine Maintenance Of Production Equipment

- Organise Workflow To Meet Specifications And Deadlines

- Supervise And Evaluate Performance Of Production Personnel ( Welders, Fabricators, And Other Workers)

- Selecting, Ordering And Purchasing Materials

- Determine Amount Of Necessary Resources (Workforce, Raw Materials Etc.)

- Ensure Output Meets Quality Standards

- Enforce Health And Safety Precautions

- Keep Inventory Management

- Report To Upper Management.
