Gera Developers - Senior Engineer - Constructions (7-12 yrs)
A JOB TITLE : SENIOR ENGINEER
B JOB PURPOSE : This position will be responsible for detailing the project flow and timelines for each project to ensure timely completion and delivery of the project. The position will work in collaboration with different stakeholders and proactively ensure that there are no bottlenecks in the project and to create contingency plans for the same in order to minimize their impact on the overall project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the accuracy of project timelines & cost forecast, Project Schedule and detailed project planning together with Planning Manager to meet the agreed timeline of the project assigned. Ensure that the projects are completed in the defined cost, time and quality parameters.
- Ensure proper project handover to CRM and Sales team on time. Ensure timely closure of all snags as per the possession schedule.
- Ensure that the collection milestones are met at all times for the projects assigned. Back track the construction schedules accordingly.
- Responsible for reducing the material wastage at the site, ensuring proper handling of material by contractor. Ensure timely debits to contractor for mishandling.
- Ensure contractor's work executed as per billing cycles within desired quality standards. Ensure closure of NCs and timely debits for violations.
- Ensure effective coordination with the vendors, contractors, internal teams to clear site related issues on time. Highlight issues in Time and close with approval from PI
- Ensure proper housekeeping at site as per defined standards at all stages and in all areas during construction.
- Ensure support to billing engineer in work assessment certification of contractors for timely billing. Ensure debits to contractors for rework due to drawing misreads and bad quality work.
- Ensure the technical specifications of the project are understood well for execution as per GFCs. Should ensure that is no rework done due to incorrect drawing misreads thereby resulting in extra cost.
- Should be able to grab the new learning opportunities created by the HOD and take on additional tasks
