Job Role :
- To be responsible for manage the end-to-end function of paint shop from Material Planning to finished product.
- To Responsible for Monitoring Production Planning as per Dispatch plan, Planning Implementation and Effectiveness.
- To Responsible for Monitoring Production and Quality Losses.
- To Responsible for Manufacturing good Quality products and Improving in process for Improving Quality and Production.
- To Responsible for Manage good Housekeeping and Finish Product Inventory.
- To Responsible for monitoring Material handover to QC for Inspection, Rejection Material status, Action taken for Daily basis rejection rework and Reducing Rejection from manufacturing.
- Good knowledge and overall experience of powder coating or enamel coating.
- Overall responsibility for the daily management of all Labor resources within the paint shop area.
- Ensuring zero or minimal defect.
- Timely circulation of MIS either by self or through team.
