What We- re Looking For :

 The role requires being smart, self-motivated, and organized, in a fast-paced and evolving environment. We believe that finding the right team member is critical to the success of the organization, hence while ability is required, honesty, commitment and loyalty are equally important. Last but not least, we are looking for someone who can be completely in-sync with requirements, and work with her to realise her vision to create lasting positive change in the world we live in.

Your Role :

Right from the get go, this is going to be a multi-faceted role, assisting her in all the various activities involved in initiating, implementing and expanding various social impact projects. The projects potentially include a technology platform for NGOs, a philanthropic development program focused on water, and the revival of a small town in Maharashtra. Your work will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Research on various projects and potential investments

- Traveling to project sites for evaluation and impact assessment (optional)

- Research and data collection for the preparation of reports and presentations

- Assisting with corporate finance tracking and management

- Scheduling meetings and recording their minutes

- Assisting with hiring and other HR activities

- General office administrative tasks

Qualifications :

- You must be scrappy, resourceful and persistent. Some skills and qualifications we require are :

- English fluency, with excellent communication skills

- College degree (minimum), Master's degree (preferred)

- Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint

- Great organising skills and ability to meet deadlines

- Proven desire to make a positive impact in our world

- Some experience in the technology space (preferred)
