Gits Food - Senior Manager - Purchase/Procurement (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Secure the role of a Senior Procurement Manager in the organization
2. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
3. Managing daily purchasing activities,
4. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
5. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
6. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
7. Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
8. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
9. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
10. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Minimum 3 years of Experience / preferred below 40
2. MBA Material preferred
3. Mandatory from Food-FMCG Industry
4. Total Experience 3-8 Years
5. He/She should have managerial capacity
6. Ability to manage a team and set expectations
