Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize engineering activities of the design and estimation for steel/PEB structures to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, structural stability, soundness, design safety, conformance with relevant design codes such as IS code, AISC/MBMA, EN Code, British Code for optimum tonnage, should have experience on IS codes
- Participate meetings with consultants to secure approval of design submittals. - Analysis and Design of simple to complex Steel Structures/PEB by using STAAD Pro, Design spread sheets, RAM Connection software, MBS, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile: - Should have good hands on STAAD.Pro with designing a variety of steel/PEB structures in oil and gas domain and warehouses, dal mills, cold storage, commercial buildings, etc. -
- Sound technical knowledge, thorough knowledge of all related codes is desired.
- Ability to solve problems for complex structures and provide efficient conceptualization of schemes. -
- Proficient in the use of computer software. - Knowledge of / experience with MBS, RCDC, RAM Connection, AutoCAD and other structural engineering software preferred
